We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and data-driven Junior SEO Analyst to join our growing digital marketing team. If you have a solid foundation in search engine optimization, hands-on experience from a recent internship or junior role, and a hunger to scale organic traffic, this role is for you.
You will be responsible for executing on-page and off-page strategies, conducting deep keyword research, monitoring site performance, and collaborating with our content and development teams to improve our search engine rankings.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Optimization: Perform daily On-Page and Off-Page SEO activities to increase organic visibility and keyword rankings.
- Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Content Strategy: Optimize existing website content, meta tags, images, and internal linking structures for target search terms.
- Link Building: Develop and execute safe, high-quality backlink building strategies (outreach, guest posting, directory submissions).
- Monitoring & Analytics: Track website traffic, user behavior, and SEO health using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Technical Audit: Identify crawl errors, broken links, and site speed issues, and work with the development team to resolve them.
- Reporting: Prepare and present weekly/monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights for the management team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- SEO Expertise: Solid understanding of core On-Page, Off-Page, and basic Technical SEO ranking factors.
- Tools: Hands-on familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, or Screaming Frog.
- Analytics: Good working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Collaboration: Ability to coordinate effectively with content writers and web developers to implement SEO recommendations.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data, spotting trends, and turning metrics into strategy.
Eligibility & Experience
- Education: Any Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree (Digital Marketing, Marketing, IT, or Communications background is a plus).
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of practical experience in SEO / Digital Marketing (high-quality internship experience is explicitly counted).
- Certifications (Preferred): Google Analytics, Google Digital Garage, or HubSpot SEO certifications are highly desirable.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
