- Maintain customer database for sales enquiries, bookings, and deliveries
- Conduct follow-up calls for enquiries, test drives, bookings, and pending payments
- Coordinate with sales team for vehicle delivery schedules
- Collect customer feedback after vehicle delivery
- Support cross-selling and upselling activities (AMC, accessories, insurance)
- Make reminder calls for free services, paid services, and AMC renewals
- Follow up on service feedback and resolve customer complaints
- Coordinate with service advisors to close customer issues on time
- Track repeat service customers and improve retention
- Maintain daily call reports and CRM system updates
- Prepare weekly and monthly CRM performance reports
- Ensure accurate data entry in OEM / dealer CRM portals
