We are looking for a smart, proactive, and people-oriented HR Intern who wants real hands-on experience in recruitment, hiring operations, employee engagement, and startup culture.

What You’ll Do
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
- Support onboarding and employee engagement activities
- Maintain hiring trackers and HR records
- Assist in daily HR and recruitment operations
Who Can Apply?
- Students or recent graduates in:
- HR
- Business Administration
- Management
- Psychology
- Or related fields
Skills We’re Looking For:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs, Excel, and online tools
- Organized, proactive, and willing to learn
- Ability to handle information professionally and confidentially
Preferred
- Prior internship or recruitment experience is a plus
- Familiarity with LinkedIn or Indeed hiring platforms
- Interest in startup culture and people operations
Preference will be given to candidates from South India.
