Role Overview
We are looking for an empathetic, articulate, and dynamic Public Relations Officer (PRO) to serve as the face of our fertility center. The PRO will bridge the gap between patients and the medical team, ensuring a seamless patient journey from the first inquiry to treatment completion. You will also play a key role in building the hospital’s brand presence in Nellore and surrounding districts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Patient Counseling & Support (Primary Role)
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective patients, explaining IVF, IUI, and other fertility procedures in simple, non-medical terms.
- Conduct financial counseling: Explain treatment packages, costs, and payment options with transparency and empathy.
- Address patient anxieties and build trust, ensuring they feel supported throughout their fertility journey.
- Manage patient appointments and reduce waiting times by coordinating effectively with consultants.
2. Marketing & Business Development
- Plan and execute outreach programs, including fertility camps in rural and semi-urban areas around Nellore.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral doctors, gynecologists, and diagnostic centers in the region.
- Assist the digital marketing team by gathering patient testimonials (success stories) and creating content for social media.
- Analyze patient footfall data to suggest new strategies for increasing patient intake.
3. Reputation Management
- Handle patient grievances and feedback immediately to ensure high patient satisfaction.
- Monitor online reviews (Google, Practo, etc.) and respond professionally to maintain the hospital's positive image.
- Ensure the front office and waiting areas maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
4. Administrative Coordination
- Maintain a detailed database of patient inquiries and follow up with leads who have not yet booked consultations.
- Report daily/weekly inquiry conversion rates to the Operations Manager.
- Assist in organizing hospital events, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and press meets.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Hospital Administration (BHA/MHA), Marketing, or Life Sciences. (MBA is a plus).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a hospital, diagnostic center, or hospitality sector. Experience in a Fertility/IVF center is highly preferred.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Telugu and English is mandatory. (Knowledge of Tamil/Hindi is an added advantage).
- Soft Skills:
- High emotional intelligence and empathy (crucial for dealing with fertility patients).
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Professional grooming and demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software.

Pay: ₹12,089.12 - ₹22,217.25 per month
