TD Engineering and Consulting Private Limited is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager – Structural Domain to lead engineering teams, manage structural projects, and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate should possess extensive expertise in structural engineering, BIM, and design coordination, along with strong leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage structural engineering projects from concept through execution.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Oversee structural design activities and ensure compliance with applicable standards and project requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and stakeholders for effective project execution.
- Drive BIM implementation and ensure seamless design coordination.
- Review and validate engineering deliverables, calculations, and technical documentation.
- Monitor project schedules, quality, and resource allocation to achieve successful outcomes.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 18+ years of experience in Structural Engineering, Structural Design, or Construction Projects.
- Strong expertise in RCC, Steel Structures, Structural Analysis, and Engineering Design.
- Hands-on experience with:
- ETABS
- STAAD Pro
- SAFE
- SAP2000
- Revit
- BIM
- AutoCAD
- Proven experience in Structural BIM Modelling, Design Coordination, and Engineering Design.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate Degree or PhD in Structural Engineering.
- Experience in Buildings, Infrastructure, Industrial, and Large-Scale Projects.
- PMP Certification will be an added advantage.
Additional Information:
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 1 Month Preferred.
- Working Days: Sunday to Thursday.
- Week Off: Friday and Saturday.
