We are looking for a proactive and responsible Sports Academy Manager to oversee the daily operations of our sports facility. The role involves managing staff, coordinating customer interactions, ensuring smooth functioning of the academy, and supervising café operations as part of the overall facility management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the sports academy
- Manage and coordinate staff and schedules
- Handle customer interactions, bookings, and general queries
- Ensure a positive and well-maintained customer experience
- Supervise café operations and coordination
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and smooth workflow across the facility
- Assist with operational and administrative tasks when required
Requirements
- Strong communication and people-management skills
- Good organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to handle customer-facing situations professionally
- Prior experience in operations, hospitality, sports management, or similar roles is preferred
- Candidates residing in or near Jagatpura will be preferred
