Job Summary
Netcom Computers Private Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing activities and drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, generating leads, building relationships with educational institutions and corporate clients, and managing the marketing team to achieve company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase admissions and business opportunities.
- Lead and supervise the marketing and field executive team.
- Generate leads through schools, colleges, industries, and corporate organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, government departments, and business partners.
- Plan and organize seminars, workshops, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to execute online campaigns.
- Monitor marketing performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Set sales targets and ensure the team achieves them.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.
- Coordinate with management for marketing budgets and promotional activities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
