Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Franchise Manager to expand and manage our franchise network. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential franchise partners, maintaining strong business relationships, and ensuring smooth franchise operations to achieve company growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new franchise opportunities across target markets
- Generate leads and convert potential clients into franchise partners
- Manage end-to-end franchise onboarding and setup process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners
- Monitor franchise performance and provide operational support
- Ensure franchise partners follow company policies and brand standards
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for franchise promotions and activities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare sales reports, MIS, and business performance updates
- Achieve franchise sales and expansion targets

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in franchise management, business development, or sales
- Experience in FMCG, retail, food & beverage, or E-commerce industry will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
