We are looking for an experienced IT Team Lead who can lead a high-performing development team while actively contributing to architecture, development, and delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MERN Stack, Python, and Java, along with excellent leadership and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of full-stack developers.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and enterprise solutions.
- Architect and implement robust backend systems using Node.js, Python, and Java.
- Build responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React.js.
- Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure best development practices.
- Manage project timelines, sprint planning, and task allocation.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Integrate third-party APIs, cloud services, and AI-powered solutions where required.
- Ensure proper documentation, deployment, and maintenance of applications.
- Drive continuous improvement through innovation and adoption of emerging technologies.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Proficiency in Python for backend development, automation, or AI integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Java and enterprise application development.
- Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, and System Architecture.
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.
- Knowledge of AWS, DigitalOcean, Docker, or cloud deployment platforms.
- Understanding of software design patterns, security best practices, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience leading software development teams.
- Knowledge of AI tools, automation frameworks, and cloud-native applications is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
