Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager Business Development located in Hyderabad, Telangana. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, preparing and delivering sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. The role involves market research, competitor analysis, and working closely with the management team to develop business strategies and achieve sales targets. The position also requires collaboration across teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Experience in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Strategic Planning
- Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the Integrated Facilities & Services Management industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful partnerships
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
