About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Planning cum Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth project execution, timely delivery, and effective coordination across design, procurement, and site teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project planning tools and prior experience in hospitality projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Scheduling: Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules using MS Project or Primavera.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with design, procurement, and site execution teams to align deliverables.
- Progress Tracking: Conduct weekly and monthly reviews, prepare progress reports, and highlight variances.
- Delay Analysis: Identify potential delays, perform root cause analysis, and develop recovery strategies.
- Resource Planning: Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Project Coordination: Ensure seamless communication across stakeholders and maintain project documentation.
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera (mandatory).
- Strong background in project planning and coordination.
- Prior experience in hospitality projects preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
