Role Purpose
To promote the assigned brand within the store, drive sales, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of brand presentation through effective merchandising and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and effectively pitching products.
- Ensure customer service excellence by handling queries, assisting in purchases, and promoting a positive shopping experience.
- Submit daily and monthly sales reports, including target vs. achievement.
- Share Visual Merchandising (VM) pictures regularly with HO for review and compliance.
- Prepare and submit comparative reports on the performance of the assigned brand versus other brands.
- Manage stock refilling and replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Maintain grooming standards, attendance records, and overall professional presentation.
- Support the Store Manager in delivering a strong customer experience and achieving store performance goals.
- Communicate customer requirements, feedback, and competitor updates to HO and Dealer Sales Coordinator.
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum Graduate / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Retail (preferred).
- 1–3 years of sales/customer service experience in retail, apparel, or fashion industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to promote and pitch sales effectively with confidence.
- Understanding of customer requirements and ability to provide tailored solutions.
- Basic knowledge of visual merchandising and retail sales reporting.
- High standards of grooming and customer interaction.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
