Full job description:
We are seeking a Talented and Hardworking Manager - Sales & Business Development to join us in interior and construction firm, in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients within the Interiors and Architecture.
- Good Contacts with Architects, Interior Designer or Real Estate Companies is Must.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and quotation proposals.
- Build & maintain network of Architects for generating Leads & Business.
- Build & maintain network of Interior Designers & PMC for the same.
- Build & maintain network of Builders/Developers for more Business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Timely monitoring of on going projects.
- Strong coordination with Design & Execution team.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
- Track and report on sales metrics and performance.
- Knowledge & Contacts in Commercial Contructional Projects would be a plus
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree. (Any Stream)
- Proven track record of successful sales.
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in a sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
