Due Diligence Analyst Intern
Job Description
● Run due diligence reports using internal systems.
● Monitor queues, triggers, and task statuses in portals to ensure all reports progress as
expected.
● He/She should be thorough in the Balance Sheet and Profit and loss statement.
● Handle both scheduled and on-demand report runs with high accuracy and time
sensitivity.
● Perform comprehensive quality checks (QC) for all reports before client submission.
● Verify data integrity, completeness, and formatting according to client SLAs and
compliance standards.
● Identify and flag inconsistencies or anomalies; coordinate with relevant teams to
resolve issues.
● Operate multiple internal and client-facing portals simultaneously for data entry,
extraction, and report delivery.
● Track progress for each report, maintain detailed log updates, and ensure completion
through final publication.
● Follow workflows strictly to ensure no processing steps are missed.
● Publish finalized reports on designated client portals or communication channels.
● Maintain detailed records of each delivery, including timestamps, QC results, and any
exceptions.
● Respond promptly to internal or client escalations and ensure accurate re-delivery
when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Commerce.
● Strong working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
● Experience in handling automated workflows and internal business portals.
● High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in data verification and document
formatting. Excellent time management and task prioritization skills; ability to manage
high-volume workloads.
● Effective communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
Note: This is a 6 months Internship role and will be converted into full time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
