We are hiring a Telecaller Executive for handling customer calling, follow-ups, coordination, and office support activities.
Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day calls and customer follow-ups
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation
- Coordinate with customers and internal team
- Support office administration work
- Manage data entry and basic office operations
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Gujarati & Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Data Entry)
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Professional and positive attitude
