Job Summary
We are looking for experienced and responsible Security Incharges to oversee security operations, ensure the safety of company premises, monitor security personnel, and maintain discipline within the organization.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 40 to 50 years
- Height: 5.5 feet to 6 feet
- Qualification: Minimum Higher Secondary (+2) and Any Degree
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English and Tamil
- Physically fit and capable of handling security responsibilities
Experience
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Security Operations, Industrial Security, or a related field
- Experience in supervising security guards and managing security activities
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate security personnel
- Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles
- Ensure company assets and property are protected
- Maintain security records and reports
- Handle emergency situations and security incidents
- Enforce company security policies and procedures
