Job Description
Kolavans Academy is looking for a passionate and experienced IELTS & Spoken English Trainer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to train students effectively for IELTS examinations while improving their spoken English proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver IELTS coaching for all four modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
- Conduct Spoken English classes for students of different proficiency levels.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and practice tests.
- Assess student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Motivate and guide students to achieve their target band scores.
- Maintain attendance records and student progress reports.
- Support students with doubt-clearing sessions and individual guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an IELTS and/or Spoken English Trainer.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.
- Knowledge of IELTS exam pattern and evaluation criteria.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
