1. Receive, verify, and process customer orders in the system.
2. Prepare order-related documents such as pick lists, invoices, and delivery notes.
3. Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams for order picking and packing.
4. Track order status and follow up on pending or delayed orders.
5. Maintain accurate records of orders, dispatches, and returns.
6. Handle basic customer or internal inquiries related to order status.
7. Ensure order accuracy to avoid shortages, damages, or dispatch errors.
8. Support the dispatch team with scheduling and documentation.
