Job Summary
We are looking for a Supply Chain Executive to manage and coordinate procurement, inventory, production planning, logistics, and vendor activities to ensure smooth material flow and timely delivery of products. The candidate should have strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the end-to-end supply chain process.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch departments.
- Track material requirements and ensure timely procurement.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels and minimize stock shortages.
- Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
- Prepare and monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, and dispatch plans.
- Analyze inventory, consumption, and supply chain performance data.
- Coordinate logistics and transportation activities.
- Ensure accurate documentation related to procurement, inventory, and dispatch.
- Support production planning to meet customer delivery commitments.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities in the supply chain process.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and supply chain procedures.
