Senior Developer
As a Senior Developer, the role involves designing and implementing scalable, reliable backend systems that support these AI-driven workflows. The ideal candidate works well in fast-paced environments and has strong experience with microservices, cloud-native architectures, and building performance, maintainable systems.
You will:

Design and develop scalable, high-performance Java backend systems, including RESTful APIs and integrations with internal and external services.

Build and maintain event-driven architectures using messaging systems such as Kafka or similar technologies.

Contribute to AI-driven solutions, including LLM integrations, and design deterministic systems that leverage AI where appropriate.

Ensure system reliability through CI/CD collaboration with DevOps, monitoring, observability, production support, and root cause analysis.

Participate in architecture design, code quality, testing strategy, and cross-functional collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders to deliver business solutions.
You have:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

5+ years of backend development experience with Java.

Interest or experience in AI agents, automation workflows, or LLM-powered features.

Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot ecosystem (Spring Cloud, Spring Data, Spring Security), microservices architecture, and REST API design.

Hands-on experience with event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka), cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud), Docker, and Kubernetes.

Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.

Strong skills in debugging, performance optimization, and production incident resolution.

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
