To ensure seamless project progress, Regularly communicate with site teams, Department officials, consultants, and labor contractors, While preparing comprehensive progress reports for insight into project status. evaluate building materials, estimate costs, manage contractor billing, and maintain meticulous vendor and purchase order records. Collaborating with engineering teams, I assess project requirements and coordinate logistics for product delivery and installation, conducting site visits as needed for effective communication and coordination. Additionally, I facilitate vendor payment processing to maintain positive relationships and project continuity.
