About the Role:
We're looking for a passionate and articulate Business development executive to join our team! You'll play a key role in driving sales by contacting potential clients, establishing rapport, and converting leads into paying customers. This role is a great opportunity for a driven fresher with an interest in digital marketing and software sales to gain valuable experience in sales.
Experience:
- Business development: 1-3 year (Required)
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking
- Identify potential clients and build strong business relationships
- Schedule meetings and deliver effective sales presentations
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams for solutions
- Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of B2B sales processes
- Ability to handle end-to-end sales cycle
- Hands-on proficiency with CRM software
- Negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-driven and target-focused
- Hands-on proficiency with CRM software, ideally HubSpot.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
