Job Overview Uniquo is looking for a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality web and mobile applications from end to end. You will work hands-on across both front-end and back-end technologies, delivering responsive, scalable, and user-friendly solutions. If you have strong expertise in React, React Native, Redux, PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web and mobile applications
- Build responsive and performant user interfaces using React.js (including Hooks, functional components, and modern best practices)
- Develop cross-platform mobile apps using React Native
- Manage complex application state with Redux (preferably Redux Toolkit, including actions, reducers, thunks/sagas, and middleware)
- Develop robust server-side logic and RESTful APIs using PHP (experience with Laravel or core PHP is a plus)
- Design, implement, and optimize databases using MySQL (writing efficient queries, joins, indexing, and performance tuning)
- Integrate front-end with back-end services and third-party APIs
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
- Perform debugging, unit/integration testing, and troubleshooting across the stack
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement of development processes
- Ensure applications are secure, scalable, and performant
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience
- Strong proficiency in React.js (must-have: Hooks, Context API, component lifecycle, JSX)
- Proven experience building mobile apps with React Native (iOS/Android deployment knowledge preferred)
- Solid experience with Redux for state management in large-scale applications
- Expert-level JavaScript skills (ES6+, async/await, promises, closures, modules, DOM manipulation)
- Hands-on PHP development experience (frameworks like Laravel/CodeIgniter are a bonus)
- Strong MySQL knowledge (schema design, complex queries, optimization, transactions)
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and handling JSON
- Proficiency with Git for version control
- Good understanding of responsive design, HTML5, CSS3 (Bonus: Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or styled components)
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team
- Excellent communication skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
