Job Description: Interior Design - Videographer & Photographer
Position: Videographer /Photographer – Interior Homes & Luxury Spaces
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Location: HSR Layout Bangalore
Reporting To: CMO

About the Role
We are seeking a talented Photographer & Videographer with 5–6 years of experience in capturing luxury residential interiors and design-led spaces. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for composition, lighting, storytelling, and spatial aesthetics, with the ability to create compelling visual content that strengthens the brand across digital, print, editorial, and marketing platforms.
This role requires a proactive professional who can independently plan, execute, and document projects from inception to completion while collaborating closely with the Design, Marketing, and Project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Interior Videography / Photography
- Capture high-quality photographs/videos of completed residential interior projects (from initial to final completion) model homes, and styled spaces
- Conduct comprehensive on-site coverage of key project milestones and installation phases.
- Create visually compelling imagery that highlights design details, materiality, craftsmanship and spatial planning for digital media and offline media.
- Execute editorial-style photography/videography for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage lighting setups, compositions and on-site styling requirements to ensure premium-quality output.
- Cover new Experience Centre (EC) projects and development progress.
- Photograph and film office meetings, team interactions, workshops, and presentations.
- Provide complete photo and video coverage of office events, celebrations, launches, and internal activities.
- Ensure consistent documentation of company culture and brand initiatives.
- Plan and execute photoshoots and video coverage featuring the co-founders as and when required.
Post-Production & Asset Management
- Edit, retouch, and color-correct photographs to maintain brand standards.
- Organize and archive library of image and video assets systematically.
- Ensure timely delivery of content for social media, marketing, PR, editorial submissions and client presentations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong portfolio showcasing interior videography / photography skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premium Pro after effects, Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva, and relevant editing software.
- Basic to intermediate video editing capabilities.
- Understanding of natural and artificial lighting techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as and when required.

- Ensures timely, organized, and professional documentation of projects, people, and events.
