We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing software development company. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, client communication, lead generation, and business growth in the IT industry.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, pitching software solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Identify potential clients for web development, mobile app development, SaaS products, and software solutions
- Conduct client meetings and understand business requirements
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into projects
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Coordinate with the technical team for project discussions
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline records
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of IT services and software solutions
- Knowledge of online bidding platforms is an added advantage
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Basic understanding of web and mobile technologies
- Good presentation and client handling skills
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
