We are looking for an experienced Plant Operations Head / Manufacturing Head to independently manage and oversee the complete manufacturing operations of our automotive plastic components facility. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on technical knowledge of Tool Room, Plastic Injection Mould Manufacturing, VMC/CNC Machining, Injection Moulding, Assembly, CAD Coordination, Quality and Maintenance, along with the leadership skills to drive teams, solve technical challenges and ensure smooth day-to-day plant operations with minimum supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete factory operations and ensure seamless coordination between all departments.
- Maximize machine utilization, manpower productivity and overall plant efficiency.
- Lead Tool Room, Injection Moulding, Assembly, VMC, CAD, Quality and Maintenance teams.
- Monitor production planning, delivery schedules and daily output targets.
- Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot technical issues and implement process improvements.
- Ensure high standards of quality, safety, discipline and operational excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction and productivity enhancement initiatives.
- Mentor teams, enforce accountability and ensure timely completion of all manufacturing activities.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
