Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Domestic Education Counselor who can independently manage student counseling, lead handling, and application processes for Indian colleges and universities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a target-driven environment and managing student journeys from inquiry to enrollment.

- Provide end-to-end student counseling for domestic education programs, including course selection, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
- Handle leads from multiple channels (calls, walk-ins, online inquiries) and convert them into enrollments through effective follow-ups.
- Assist students with application processes, documentation, form filling, submission, and coordination with colleges/universities.
- Resolve student and parent queries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and update CRM records, including lead status, follow-ups, and admission progress.
Skills
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in domestic education counseling (preferred).
- Working knowledge of MS Excel (mandatory).
