Job Summary
We are a leading large-scale bakery manufacturer in Goa, seeking an experienced and dynamic Factory Operations Manager. You will oversee the daily heartbeat of our facility, managing everything from floor production and cost efficiency to workforce staffing and logistics. The ideal candidate ensures high-quality output, optimizes operational costs, and keeps our supply chain moving seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Production & Operations Management: Oversee daily commercial baking schedules, ensure strict adherence to recipe standards, maximize machine uptime, and maintain food safety compliance (HACCP/FSMA).
- Talent Sourcing & HR Coordination: Partner with HR or agencies to recruit, onboard, and schedule factory floor workers, bakers, and packaging staff to meet fluctuating production demands.
- Cost Control & Budgeting: Monitor daily operational expenses, minimize ingredient/packaging waste, optimize labor costs, and implement efficiency strategies to boost profit margins.
- Supply Chain & Logistics: Coordinate with ingredient suppliers, manage raw material inventory levels, and oversee the dispatch and outbound logistics of perishable baked goods to ensure on-time delivery.
- Safety & Maintenance: Enforce workplace safety protocols and coordinate with engineering teams for preventive maintenance of industrial ovens, mixers, and conveyor systems.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
