*About the Role*
R A REAL INFRA PVT LTD is looking for motivated candidates to join our team as Real Estate Tele-calling Executives. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective clients, understanding their property requirements, sharing suitable commercial and residential property options, and maintaining regular follow-ups.
The role is ideal for candidates who have confidence on calls, and an interest in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding commercial and residential properties.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, location preferences, and investment needs.
- Explain available property options and provide basic project information.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective buyers and investors.
- Maintain proper records of customer calls, requirements, and follow-up status.
- Coordinate with builders, property owners, and internal teams for inventory confirmation.
- Confirm availability, pricing, unit details, and other relevant property information from builders and owners.
- Share updated inventory details with customers and the sales team.
- Generate qualified leads and assist the sales team in converting enquiries into site visits and transactions.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients, builders, and property owners.
- Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Comfortable making regular outbound calls.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi.
- Confident, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM or willingness to learn.
- Freshers can apply; experience in real estate telecalling or sales will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in commercial property sales will be preferred.
