Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Electrical Quality Inspector / QA-QC Engineer to support international construction projects remotely from Ahmedabad.
The role involves reviewing electrical installation photographs, videos, drawings and project documentation to identify quality issues, incomplete work and installation discrepancies. The primary focus will be on low-voltage electrical installations.
The candidate will also assist with backend project tracking and production-related activities using Salesforce and other systems.
U.S. construction experience is not mandatory. Training will be provided on U.S. project standards and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Review electrical installation photos/videos for quality and workmanship.
- Identify incorrect, incomplete or poor-quality electrical installations.
- Review drawings, wiring layouts and project specifications.
- Prepare inspection observations and maintain quality/issue reports.
- Track corrective actions and review updated site photographs.
- Coordinate with project/construction teams.
- Maintain project documentation and update Salesforce.
- Support backend production and project tracking activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in electrical construction, QA/QC, inspection, site supervision or electrical installation.
- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring and installation practices.
- Ability to read electrical drawings, wiring diagrams and layouts.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects from photographs.
- Good English communication and documentation skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Willingness to learn U.S. construction standards and processes.
- Comfortable working U.S. time-zone shifts.
Preferred
- Electrical QA/QC experience
- Construction inspection experience
- EPC / MEP / Electrical Contractor experience
- Commercial or industrial electrical project experience
- Knowledge of NEC / international electrical standards
- Salesforce / CRM / project management software experience
- High-voltage exposure
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
