Job Title: HR Executive

The HR Executive supports core Human Resources operations including recruitment, employee lifecycle
management, compliance, HRMIS and documentation. This role ensures accuracy and regulatory
adherence while enhancing operational efficiency within the HR function.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Post job openings, source and screen candidates, and coordinate interviews.
Prepare and release offer letters, and coordinate for onboarding new hires and scheduling
orientations.
Conduct background checks and verify credentials as part of the hiring process.
HR Operations & Compliance:
Maintain and update employee files in compliance with HR recordkeeping standards in HRMIS
(ZohoPeople).
Handle employee joining & exit processes.
Payroll & Benefits Support:
Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
Manage timesheets and payroll accuracy.
Handle insurance enrollments, leaves and attendance tracking.
Employee Support & Engagement:
Support performance management, employee engagement, and staff retention programs.
Resolve HR-related queries.
Prepare recruiting reports and handle MIS updates.
Maintain employee records and performance reviews.
Qualifications
Education: MBA HR preferred, Business, or Healthcare Administration, or a Bachelor’s degree in any
field.
Experience: 0–3 years of HR or healthcare office experience preferred.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with home health staffing and credentialing processes preferred.
Ability to work in a Fixed Night Shift (US PST/EST) schedule.
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
