We are looking for a creative, fashion-obsessed video powerhouse to join our in-house team. In this role, you will be a key collaborative spark, working primarily behind the camera to script, edit, and organize our short-form video channels (Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts), while also being comfortable stepping in front of the camera when needed.

Key Responsibilities
1. Content Editing & Post-Production (Your Main Focus)
Aesthetic Editing: Cut, splice, and polish daily vertical video content using mobile and desktop suites (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.), ensuring high-energy pacing and seamless transitions.
Brand Alignment: Apply on-brand color-grading, text overlays, and audio syncing to ensure all apparel looks aspirational, premium, and cohesive.
Trend Adaptation: Rapidly edit raw footage to match fast-moving audio trends, viral hooks, and platform-specific formats.
2. Digital Organization & Asset Management
Content Library Management: Maintain, tag, and organize our digital asset library (raw footage, B-roll, product shots, and UGC) so the team can access assets instantly.
Workflow Optimization: Manage the post-production pipeline to ensure content is edited, approved, and ready for scheduling well ahead of launch dates.
3. Brainstorming & Concepting
Collaborative Ideation: Partner daily with the marketing team to brainstorm content pillars, seasonal campaigns, and product launch strategies.
Scripting & Storyboarding: Pitch fresh hooks and write brief, punchy outlines or scripts for daily videos.
Requirements & Qualifications
The Portfolio: A strong portfolio or active social media presence demonstrating a sharp eye for women's fashion, creative storytelling, and slick video editing skills.
- Technical Editing Skills: Proficiency in CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, or Filmora.
- Organizational Ninja: Exceptionally organized with experience managing digital files, deadlines, and content calendars.
- Fashion Savvy: Deep understanding of current style trends, aesthetics, and how to make apparel look both aspirational and accessible.
- Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a passion for bouncing ideas off others in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working within an e-commerce or fashion brand.
A deep understanding of social media metrics (what makes content shareable and saveable).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
