Key Responsibilities
- Order Pickup & Verification: Collect packages,goods from the warehouse. Verify that the order items match the invoice before leaving.
- Safe Transportation: Load and secure items safely on a two-wheeler (motorcycle/scooter), bicycle, or van to prevent damage during transit.
- Navigation & Route Planning: Use GPS navigation apps (like Google Maps) to plan the most efficient routes to ensure on-time delivery.
- Customer Interaction: Deliver items directly to the customer's hands or designated drop-off points. Maintain a polite, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Payment Handling: Collect payments for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders via cash, card readers, or UPI/digital wallets, and securely handle the funds.
- Updates & Documentation: Update the delivery status in real-time using the company’s mobile app (e.g., marking as "Picked Up," "Arrived," or "Delivered"). Obtain customer signatures or photos as proof of delivery if required.
- Returns Management: Safely bring back rejected, damaged, or undelivered packages to the base hub at the end of the shift.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
