Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled CNC Service Engineer to handle installation, Programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of CNC controllers at customer sites across India. If you have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with CNC controllers and Plc panels we’d like to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Installation and commissioning of Siemens CNC controllers (VMC, HMC, lathe machines, and drilling, milling, boring, and turning centers)
✔ Breakdown troubleshooting (Electrical & Electronics)
✔ Preventive maintenance and AMC support
✔ Diagnostics of Siemens CNC controls (SINUMERIK) and servo systems
✔ Alignment, calibration, and machine accuracy checks
✔ Coordination with application team when required
✔ Maintain service reports and customer documentation
✔ Provide basic technical training to machine operators
Required Skills:
✅ Strong knowledge of Simens CNC controllers structure & functions
✅ Strong knowledge of Siemens CNC controllers, servo drives, and retrofitting.
✅ Experience with Sinumerik controls and Simodrives
✅ Knowledge of servo drives, spindle systems & control panels
✅ Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings
✅ Hands-on troubleshooting experience
✅ Willingness to travel when required
