Position: Call Center Executive
Work Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Cab Facility: Not Available
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Assist patients with appointments, test information and queries
- Coordinate with branches and internal teams
- Maintain proper call records and follow-ups
- Ensure a positive customer experience
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer-handling skills
- Healthcare/diagnostics experience will be an added advantage
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
