Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Executive Assistant + AI Automation Specialist to support leadership teams while driving operational efficiency through AI tools and workflow automation. This role combines traditional executive support with modern automation skills to streamline processes, improve productivity, and reduce manual work across the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports.
- Handle email and inbox management, including drafting responses and prioritizing communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.
- Conduct research and provide executive summaries.
- Maintain confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
AI & Automation
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows to improve business operations.
- Automate repetitive administrative and operational tasks.
- Create and manage AI assistants, chatbots, and knowledge bases.
- Integrate business applications and automate data flow between systems.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and automation documentation.
- Monitor automation performance and recommend process improvements.
Operations & Project Management
- Track projects, deadlines, and action items.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain CRM, databases, and operational dashboards.
- Support business development and client onboarding processes.
- Generate reports and insights using AI-powered tools.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Virtual Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.
- Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, presentations, and project management software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems and workflow automation.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI-assisted content creation.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Basic understanding of APIs and software integrations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
