Position: Receptionist
Location: PHYOG Physiotherapy & Fitness Clinic, Kalkere, Horamavu, Bengaluru
Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and responsible Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently while ensuring a positive experience for patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and appointment inquiries.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
- Maintain patient records and update clinic management software.
- Handle billing, collect payments, and issue receipts.
- Coordinate with physiotherapists and other staff for smooth daily operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Manage inventory of reception and office supplies.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment schedules.
- Perform basic administrative and documentation tasks as assigned.
Eligibility
- Graduate or undergraduate with relevant experience.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi (preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and WhatsApp).
- Pleasant personality with strong customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- Shift timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (or as per clinic requirement)
