Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Recruitment Services team. This role is dedicated to hiring professionals for our clients across the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) domain. The ideal candidate will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle—from understanding client requirements and sourcing candidates to interview coordination, offer management, and successful onboarding support.
The role requires excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment while delivering quality talent within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for client requirements across the EHS domain.
- Understand client hiring requirements, job descriptions, and desired candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.
- Assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salary expectations and assist in offer discussions.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified EHS professionals.
- Develop long-term relationships with candidates for future hiring requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and ATS/CRM records.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients to provide regular hiring updates.
- Stay updated with recruitment trends and talent availability within the EHS industry.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Excellent sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good stakeholder and client management skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/ATS.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in recruitment, consultancy hiring, or client-based recruitment will be preferred.
- Prior exposure to EHS, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Safety, Construction, or Technical recruitment is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
