A Regional B2B Sales Manager drives revenue growth within a specific geographic territory by leading sales teams, developing strategic plans, and building high-value client relationships. They are responsible for setting sales targets, mentoring staff, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet performance goals.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share.Team Management: Recruit, mentor, train, and motivate sales personnel to hit or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.Client Relationship Management: Manage key accounts, negotiate high-value contracts, and ensure high levels of client retention and satisfaction.Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data and CRM metrics to create performance reports and forecast sales growth for senior management.Market Analysis: Monitor competitors, identify new business opportunities, and provide feedback for product development.Budgeting & Forecasting: Plan regional budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience 8-12+ years in B2B sales management, typically requiring 3-5+ years in handling Multi-city sales teams.
Leadership: Strong ability to lead and empower teams.
Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing sales reports, trends, and financial metrics.
Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education: Graduate (Mandatory).
