Role Overview
We are seeking a performance-oriented Paid Media Specialist with solid experience in managing Google and social media advertising campaigns. This role requires someone who can independently handle end-to-end campaign execution—from strategy to optimization—while delivering measurable results in lead generation and ROI.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design, launch, and manage paid campaigns across multiple platforms, including:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max)
- Social platforms (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Conduct detailed keyword research, audience profiling, and competitor benchmarking
- Continuously monitor and improve campaign performance based on key metrics such as conversions and acquisition cost
- Implement and manage tracking systems using tools like Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Meta Pixel
- Plan and execute remarketing strategies to re-engage potential customers
- Analyze campaign data and prepare actionable performance reports
- Run experiments (A/B testing) on creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to improve results
- Coordinate with design and content teams for high-performing ad creatives
- Manage advertising budgets effectively and scale campaigns based on performance
- Stay informed about platform updates, new features, and advertising policies
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in paid advertising
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
- Understanding of bidding models such as CPC, CPA, and ROAS-based strategies
- Experience in audience segmentation and funnel-based marketing approaches
- Practical knowledge of:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager
- Conversion tracking setup
- Ability to interpret campaign data and make informed optimization decisions
- Familiarity with landing page performance and conversion improvement techniques
- Clear communication and reporting skills
Good to Have
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
- Experience working with lead generation or service-based businesses
- Google Ads certification
- Exposure to tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms
- Basic understanding of SEO and conversion rate optimization
