QUALIFICATION :
BSc Nursing with relevant registration
Minimum 6 month experience required
Good Communication skill
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Overseeing the day-to-day activities of home care staff .
- Providing orientation, training, and updating staff on new procedures or patient needs.
- Managing staff schedules to ensure continuity of care.
- Evaluating staff performance and competence in home care settings.
- Reviewing patient charts and ensuring accurate documentation of care provided.
LOCATION : Kumarapuram, Trivandrum
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
