About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end IT recruitment while also handling vendor coordination and management activities. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing technical talent, stakeholder management, and working with recruitment vendors to fulfill hiring requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- IT Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other channels.
- Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates for interviews.
- Conduct preliminary HR discussions and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview processes and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and hiring reports.
Vendor Management
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and staffing vendors for open requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners.
- Share job requirements and track vendor submissions.
- Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, turnaround time, and hiring success.
- Negotiate commercial terms and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Maintain vendor databases, agreements, and performance records.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with vendors regarding hiring updates.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of IT recruitment and technical hiring.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
- Experience in vendor management and stakeholder coordination.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work within deadlines.
- Good knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tracking systems.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
