Handle international customer calls and queries.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Resolve issues professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist customers with relevant products and services.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
Achieve assigned quality and performance targets.

Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong customer-handling skills.
Good listening and problem-solving ability.
Confident and professional communication.
