Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Placement Officer / Placement Manager to lead campus placements, build strong corporate relationships, and drive student placements across various domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate companies, HR professionals, and recruiters.
- Coordinate campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and placement activities.
- Source new hiring partners and generate placement opportunities for students.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with colleges, trainers, and recruiters.
- Ensure students are prepared for interviews through regular communication and guidance.
- Track placement data, hiring status, and maintain placement reports.
- Meet monthly and quarterly placement targets.
- Work closely with the training and operations teams to ensure successful student placements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in placements, talent acquisition, corporate relations, or campus recruitment.
- Strong network with corporate recruiters and hiring managers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve placement targets.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the EdTech, Training, or Higher Education industry.
- Good understanding of campus recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and job portals.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
