**Job Title:** Hostel Warden
**Job Summary:**
The Hostel Warden is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hostel, ensuring the safety, discipline, and well-being of residents. They supervise hostel facilities, enforce rules, and foster a positive living environment for students or residents.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and manage the hostel residents, ensuring compliance with rules and regulations.
- Maintain discipline and address behavioral issues promptly.
- Ensure the safety and security of residents and hostel premises.
- Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of hostel facilities.
- Assist residents with their needs and concerns, providing guidance and support.
- Organize and oversee hostel activities and events.
- Maintain records of residents, visitors, and incidents.
- Coordinate with management and security personnel for emergency procedures.
- Enforce hostel policies related to visitors, conduct, and safety.
- Conduct regular inspections of the hostel facilities.
**Qualifications & Skills:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred.
- Experience in hostel management, security, or related fields is advantageous.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle disciplinary issues tactfully.
- Responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy.
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and first aid.
- Leadership and organizational skills.
