Job Summary
We are looking for a detailed-oriented and proactive Operations Executive – Loans to join our operations team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end loan application processing, document verification, disbursement workflows, and coordination between customers, sales teams, and credit underwriters. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a good understanding of retail or commercial loan products.
Key Responsibilities .
Document Verification & Processing: Verify customer KYC documents, income proofs, bank statements, financial records, and loan applications for accuracy and compliance.
Underwriting Assistance: Coordinate with credit managers and underwriters to initiate loan appraisal, property/background verification, and legal/technical checks.
System Data Entry: Accurately enter and update applicant data, loan parameters, and status
Qualifications & Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration (B.Com, BBA, Banking & Finance), or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
