They create visual assets such as social media graphics, web banners, and marketing materials while managing digital campaigns, SEO, and social media platforms to boost brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Design visually appealing assets for digital platforms, including social media posts, display ads, info graphics, and website banners.
- Create print-ready marketing materials like brochures, flyers, packaging artwork, and posters.
- Develop brand identity elements (logos, brand guidelines) to maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
- Edit and manipulate high-quality images and videos for campaigns.
Digital Marketing
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies.
- Manage and schedule content across social media platforms
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to improve online visibility and prepare marketing reports.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Design Tools: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and alternatives like Canva.
- Marketing Skills: Working knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media management tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, creative problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
