Client Acquisition Specialist / Business Development Executive
Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Client Acquisition Specialist / Business Development Executive to identify potential clients, build strong business relationships, and drive company growth through effective sales and client acquisition strategies.
Please note that for the first 2 months, it will be a completely commission-based role, and, based on performance, it will be converted to full-time payroll starting in the 4th month.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate reports in CRM/tools
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Experience in business development, sales, or client management preferred
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Compensation
Salary will be offered as per industry standards, based on experience and skills. Performance-based incentives may be applicable.
