iCareFon is a leading Apple device service and repair company specializing in iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, Apple Watches, and other Apple products. We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Understand customer concerns and explain service procedures clearly.
- Create job cards and maintain customer records.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries.
- Provide repair status updates to customers.
- Coordinate with service engineers for timely completion of repairs.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proper documentation and billing records.
- Follow up with customers after service completion.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the customer reception area.
Requirements
- Any degree or diploma qualification.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, front office, call center, or retail sales.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Tamil speaking is added advantage.
- Basic English communication skills preferred.
- Good computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in mobile phone, electronics, or service industry is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp Business and basic computer operations.
- Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently.
