We are looking for a Fresher Bidder to join our team for a full-time night shift role.
Requirements:
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to write clear and professional proposals
- Basic understanding of online bidding platforms (training will be provided)
- Willingness to work full-time night shift
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Responsibilities:
- Bid on projects on freelancing platforms
- Communicate professionally with potential clients
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the team
- Maintain records of bids and client responses
Experience:
- Freshers are welcome
- Prior bidding experience is a plus but not mandatory
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on performance)
